Bryanna is a graduate research assistant pursuing her M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology at the University of Lethbridge. She earned my B.Sc. (Honours) in Psychology from McGill University, where she worked as a research assistant throughout her degree. Bryanna's previous experience includes studying the effects of goal setting on depressive symptoms among adults, and preclinical research on binge eating disorder. She chose Counselling Psychology because she believe in the importance of therapy as a tool for healing and growth. Bryanna hopes to continue her education by pursuing a PhD, and ultimately become a registered psychologist.
